The 30-Day Headstart is a digital fitness, nutrition and mindset programme sold as a single €97 payment. Your purchase gives you personal, non-transferable access to the programme for 30 consecutive days from activation.
You agree not to share your login, redistribute programme content, or resell any part of the material. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
We collect only what the programme needs to work: your name, email address, training preferences, and the progress and journal entries you create. Journal entries are private to your account.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time via the contact route below.
Because the programme unlocks immediately after purchase, refunds are handled case by case. If something has gone wrong — a duplicate charge, an access problem, or a purchase made in error — get in touch before starting Day 1 and we will sort it.
The programme is general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness programme, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, or managing a medical condition.
Work within your own capability, use the regressions provided, and stop if you feel pain or unwell. You take part at your own risk.
